Petry Travel currently provides corporate travel services to a number of major accounts in the San Antonio area. Our mission is to provide our corporate clients with the best value for airline tickets, car rentals, hotel accommodations, and all other travel needs by handling every step of the travel transaction saving the client from the hassles, uncertainty, inconvenience, and cost to make these arrangements with corporate staff.

Our office uses the Sabre reservation system and the TRAMS Back Office System for accounting and records. Our computers are connected to Sabre with a high speed DSL connection for booking travel and to communicate with you via email.

Your travel management account with Petry Travel provides COST SAVINGS in three important ways:

• Best air schedules and fares available
• Least time expenditure by your staff to obtain best reservations available
• Least cost remedies to modify reservations in case your plans change

We maintain a computer file of CORPORATE TRAVELER PROFILES to insure accurate and consistent individual preferences for each of our corporate travelers including:

• Airline and seating preferences
• Hotel and car rental preferences
• Frequent flyer numbers and other individual data

OTHER CORPORATE TRAVEL SERVICES provided by Petry Travel include:

• Free delivery of travel documents
• Toll-free long distance access
• Assistance with visas and passports
• 24-hour direct access to individual travel information through "Virtually There", an internet website provided by Sabre

For these services we charge a $25 ONE-TIME SERVICE FEE per airline ticket with no additional fees for hotel or car rental. You will find this service fee to be quite competitive and lower than that charged by many other travel agencies.
